Victor is a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor with a 3-year post-graduate experience working on medium and large scale construction projects within the Real Estate and Commercial industry. Over the past 2 years, massive experience has been garnered especially in the area of cargotecture as I’ve been actively involved in the planning, construction and cost controlling of various projects.
