Adeshina Oyiye is currently lead technical of Tempo Housing Nigeria. He also doubles as the Chief Quantity surveyor the role at Tempo housing Nigeria Limited, A franchise and technical partner to Tempo-housing Global in the Netherland. He is in charge of cost control, preparation of BOQ, cash flow analysis, contract management, Forecasting and budget. He plays a key role in negotiation with sub-contractors and valuation of subcontractors work on site.

With an MSc degree in Construction Management from University of Nigeria Nsukka and BSc degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Lagos, Adeshina is a certified project manager with an Internationally Certified Project Management (PMP)
