Dele Ijaiya-Oladipo

Managing Partner

Dele is in charge of marshalling resources to the most productive uses with the aim of creating maximum value for the company's stakeholders. He is in charge of delivering THN objectives as set out by the Board of Directors. Dele's career has been focused on Investment Banking specifically in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

Dele worked on the Transport & Logistics and Mining and Energy teams at Nomura International London. This role led him to work on the US$1.8bn IPO of PIK Group, a Russian REIT and the US$500m acquisition of ISTIL, a Ukrainian steel mini mill amongst others. He has also worked at JP Morgan and HSBC, both in London, in Equity Derivatives Marketing and Financial Institutions M&A respectively

Prior to ANA, Dele was a Senior Associate at CBO Capital Partners, a role he has assumed since the Company's inception. He helped start up the firm and was in charge of building out the operational team and led the origination of several interesting deals. Here he led work on several deals including the setup of a US$30m solar park in Northern Nigeria, a US$130m financing of Yenagoa based private refinery, and other projects in the upstream oil, telecoms and services space.

He has a Masters degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) in Real Estate Economics and Corporate Finance in conjunction with a Bsc in Economics from University of Leeds. Dele along with a partner founded Ampersam Network Associates, a business solutions and project development company which is the majority shareholder in Tempohousing Nigeria.

David .A. Aderounmu

Managing Partner

David is in charge of driving performance measures for the operation including a consideration of efficiency versus effectiveness. His mandate involves developing and cascading the organization’s strategy/mission statement to the work team, and implementing appropriate rewards/recognition and coaching/corrective practices to align personnel with company goals.

Prior to THN, David worked at CBO Capital Partners as an associate responsible for several innovative projects within the Financial and Risk Advisory division of the company. Prior to working at CBO, David was an analyst at Citigroup Capital Markets division specializing in OTC Equity derivatives. Whilst at Citigroup David served as a Business analyst for the Equity derivatives Sales and Trading desk, reporting to heads of divisions in London, New York and Hong Kong.

During his time at Citigroup he was an integral part of the team that created a new Corporate actions tracking system from development through to the testing stage. The technology now serves as an important and essential part of Citigroup's trading system. David holds a Bachelor of engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manchester. He also founded TalentPlayground.com, an online service dedicated to up and coming music artist and Fashion designers. The service gives the talent a platform to promote themselves, their music and designs. David is an integral founding Director of Ampersam Network Associates who pioneered this vision.

Arc. Solomon Oluwaseyi

General Manager

Oluwaseyi Solomon assumes the role of General Manager at Tempohousing. He is involved in the project process group from initiation to closing stage of any project. He plays a key role in the production of accommodation units for Oil Serv, Exxon Mobil, and Wokson. He is heavily involved in the fabrication and construction of all THN projects.

Prior to THN, Solomon worked with B K TransInternational LTD, a subsidiary company of B K Tan Consultants, Singapore as a Project Controller within the Construction Project Management and Engineering Unit. During his time at BKTC he was an integral part of the team that managed various projects including Bat Cave at The Night Safari, Singapore Zoo, and Erection of 20 units of 5-Storey Residential Flats at 290 Telok Kurau Road among others.

He created a new project tracking and reporting system from development through to the closing stage for BKTC. Prior to BKTC, Solomon worked with Y2-Space Pte Ltd Singapore where he played a significant role as a Design and Coordination Service Officer for Interior retrofitting for Grand Hyatt, Mumbai and Abdulah Khalid’s Residence, Durrat Al Bahrain Resort – Bahrain. Prior to Y2-Space, Solomon enjoyed his experience with AEC Associates, Nigeria where he played a major role in architecture and project management to deliver various projects like Staff Housing for Babcock University, Customers Service Centres for V-mobile at Ibadan, Jos, Ile-Ife, Maiduguri, Ilorin etc; Starcomms at Asaba, Aba, Apapa and Kano.

He led the team that worked on the renovation of Staff Housing for Notore Chemical Industries Limited, Onne, River State. He also led the consultant team that delivered the re-modelling of existing Intercontinental Bank Branch Offices at Adeola Odeku, Adeola Hopewell, Dugbe, Adamasingba, Akure, Ijebu Ode, Sapon and Ile Ife.
